Sales & Refund Policy Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)

Thank you for purchasing from OCTOMINER (hereafter referred to as “OCTOMINER” or “OCTOMINER Store”). As with any buying experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions with OCTOMINER. By placing an order with OCTOMINER or making a purchase at OCTOMINER Store, you agree to the terms set forth below along with OCTOMINER’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

All Sales Are Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. REFUND REQUESTS BASED ON PRICE CHANGES WILL NOT BE HONORED. There are financial risks associated with mining cryptocurrencies. These risks can be related to changes in exchange rate of the cryptocurrency or to changes in the algorithm that is used to mine the cryptocurrency. PLEASE CONSIDER CAREFULLY before making a purchase of any cryptocurrency mining equipment because requests for refund or order cancellation will not be entertained.

Warranty Policy and Return Policy

All OCTOMINER GPU-based mining rigs are covered by a one (1) year international warranty term by OCTOMINER LIMITED on all parts except GPUs. GPUs are covered by applicable manufacturers’ warranties. The purchase and use of OCTOMINER products are subject to the terms and conditions found in the Warranty Policy.

Pricing and Price Corrections

Prices in OCTOMINER Store are shown in U.S. dollars (“USD”). The shipping cost, custom clearance charges and taxes (if any) are not included in the displayed price, unless specifically indicated in the product listing.

OCTOMINER reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the OCTOMINER Store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. If you are paying for your order with cryptocurrency, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. If you are paying for your order by wire transfer, please note that your bank or financial services provider may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or financial services provider regarding these fees.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

OCTOMINER may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. OCTOMINER may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your online or email order, we will provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify OCTOMINER’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The OCTOMINER Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If OCTOMINER cancels an order after you have already been billed, OCTOMINER will refund the billed amount or credit your account, depending on your preference.

Payment Methods

OCTOMINER accepts payment in cryptocurrency and by bank wire transfer. All prices on OCTOMINER Store are in USD, and payments in cryptocurrency are billed according to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of purchase. Important Note Regarding Payment in Crypto

Payments in cryptocurrency must be made within ONE HOUR of when OCTOMINER sets an exchange rate for the USD value of the invoice. If there is delay of more than two hours from when the exchange rate is set by OCTOMINER and the USD value of the payment is significantly lower than the invoice value, then the customer must send more cryptocurrency to make up the difference. If the customer does not agree to send more cryptocurrency to make up the difference, then OCTOMINER may cancel the order and refund the cryptocurrency received, minus any transaction fees.

Refunds

OCTOMINER will process all refunds in cryptocurrency. The amount refunded will be the USD equivalent value of the cryptocurrency used to pay for the order, based on the exchange rate available at the time that OCTOMINER processes the refund. The customer will be responsible to provide to OCTOMINER an appropriate cryptocurrency wallet for receiving the refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Please review the Shipping & Handling Policy page to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from the OCTOMINER Store. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond OCTOMINER’s control once it leaves our facilities, OCTOMINER cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

Consumers Only

The OCTOMINER Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.

Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, OCTOMINER may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. OCTOMINER reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when OCTOMINER confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, OCTOMINER will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.

Changes to Our Sales Policy

If we decide to significantly change our Sales Policy, we will post those changes to this Sales Policy and other places we deem appropriate. We reserve the right to modify this Sales Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Your continued use of this Site after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes.
