Back in December of 2021, we made a commitment to the community that once per quarter we would open our doors on our website and remove the MOQ (minimum order quantity). We are back with our second event for 2022! This time we are doing something a bit different…

As some of you know, MinerDude is Octominer’s official reseller and partner in the US. We’ve had a long-standing relationship with them for several years. Recently, that partnership has grown into more than just reselling server cases. We’ve been able to help MinerDude scale by taking on handling the support, warranty parts, and marketing for the brand.

With Octominer opening a new parts warehouse at the beginning of 2022, this will help MinerDude to provide even faster part replacements with the quick and fast turnaround time it’s already known for. To help with support, Octominer’s support engineering team was already based in the US, which made the adoption very seamless. For marketing, a new website was launched several months ago that gave MinerDude a simple, clean, and professional look while opening up the ability to accept credit cards as a payment option for server cases.

FAQ’S

What if I miss the event, can I still get the same pricing and have you honor it?

You need to have your order in the system on one of the three days. We will not be able to extend the offer after the event is over, so please do not email us asking this.

If I have trouble placing the order but it’s still in your system, will you still help me verify it?

Yes, of course. We know things happen and as long as the order is in our system we can work with you to get your payment verified and the order processed.

What if I try to order on the cart or the checkout page & shows, “NO SHIPPING OPTIONS WERE FOUND” for my address?

MinerDude ONLY ships within the US and Canada for this event. Octominer ships internationally, however, right now there are some countries we do not ship to due to problems we’ve had with customs. If you are seeing this we are not able to ship to your country.

Are we able to use existing coupons that already exist from YouTubers or influencers?

No, during this sales event those coupons will not work. Only the coupons we provide in this blog post will be able to provide discounts and free shipping.
